Adam Lambert's Boyfriend is Revealed

The mainstream blogs (meaning, the non-urban ones) are all a twitter over pics of American Idol reject Adam Lambert (R) and his boyfriend Drake LaBry holding hands.

Coincidently, most of those blogs are run by gay guys which explains all the hoopla. Anyway, Drake is cute, but which one is on top? They both look like girly men to me. I wonder if they wear each other’s eyeliner and mascara

Rumor Report: Rihanna w/the Fake Boyfriends

It's painfully obvious that Rihanna is trying to pull a fast one on the press with all these fake "romances" that seem to be set up by her own people. First, she was linked with an ex boyfriend in Barbados, Negus Sealy, and that didn't pan out. The she ran into basketball player Andrew Bynum in a restaurant, introduced herself, and insisted on being photographed with him. Rumors of a romance were rampant until he admitted he was flattered, but barely knew her. Most recently she was linked to rapper Aubrey "Drake" Graham, and that rumor proved to be false too. Chris Brown's lawyer is currently plea bargaining with the prosecutor and hoping to avoid jail time for Chris's beating of Rihanna in February. Rihanna wants it to look like she's moved on and started dating other guys, when actually she is secretly still in love with Chris. We predict they will be back together as soon as Chris' case is finalized.

T.I.''s Farewell Concert Goes off in Style

Grammy award winning rapper T.I. told fans he would stay optimistic when he heads to prison on a federal weapons conviction, reports AP.

The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford J. Harris Jr., performed for a packed audience Sunday night in Atlanta’s Philips Arena less than two days before he is to begin serving the sentence of a year and a day.

“I’m going to stand up tall, head up high,” he said. “Thank you for all of your support.”

Many in the packed crowd of about 16,000 people held up encouraging signs, like one reading “T.I. We Will Miss U!”

He must report by noon Tuesday to the Federal Correction Institution at Forrest City, Ark. He was arrested after prosecutors said he tried to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers from undercover federal agents in 2007.

During the concert, T.I. said he hoped that everyone learned from his mistakes. He brought his five children on stage, often holding one of them while he performed “No Matter What” — a single off the almost double-platinum album “Paper Trail.”

T.I., who won a Grammy for “Swagga Like Us,” also performed all his hits from “What You Know” to “Bring ‘Em Out” to his recent chart-topping singles “What Ever You Like” and “Live Your Life.” Teenage rapper Soulja Boy also joined him on stage.

“What I need y’all to do is pray for me while I’m gone,” he said. “I’ll see y’all in 366 days.”

Dolla Laid to Rest in Atlanta

Slain Konvict Muzik recording artist Dolla was buried in Atlanta Saturday afternoon (May 23) in a traditional Muslim ceremony, according to a friend of the young rapper.

Hundreds gathered at Word of Faith Love Center to pay their final respects to 21-year-old Roderick Anthony Burton Jr., affectionately called “Buck” by his friends and family.

In keeping with the Janazah ceremony used by the Muslim faith to pay homage to the dead, several friends and family were dressed in traditional white attire.

Dolla’s body was wrapped in a cream-colored sheet.

The funeral was held in keeping with Dolla’s wishes. His cousin, rapper Scrapp DeLeon, told Atlanta CBS affiliate WGCL-TV that Dolla once told him that he did not fear death and when it came he wanted people to wear white and celebrate his life.

Scrapp, born Wilbert Robinson, was with his cousin at the time of the shooting that took his life on May 18 at the Beverly Center.

Atlanta-area music promoter Aubrey Berry, 23, has been charged with Dolla’s murder and is currently being held on $5 million bond.

On Friday (May 22), fans, friends and family gathered at Murray Brothers Funeral Home in Atlanta for Dolla’s wake.

Among those present were his Konvict Muzik labelmate Ray Lavender, Smallville actor Sam Jones III, and O’neika El-Amin, who works closely with the Konvict family and had known Dolla since he was 16.

El-Amin told AllHipHop.com she was shocked by how beautiful the young man looked in preparation for his final resting place.
